Spiritual ascension is difficult to define, but teachers like Teal Swan say that there are many signs of it. For some, these signs are physical changes that indicate that your energy is changing on the earth plane. According to experts, there are ten primary signs of spiritual ascension.
1. When you feel clear and light all the time or most of the time
A feeling of “lightness” is one of the primary signs of spiritual ascension. People who are spiritually ascending, including masters like Jesus Christ and Buddha, often say that they feel “light”–as if their body is light enough to float away. This sensation can be extremely blissful for some people, but it can also be uncomfortable if you don’t realize why you’re experiencing it or how it’s affecting your life.
2. You have vivid dreams or visions
Vivid dreams and visions are another sign of spiritual ascension. According to experts on this subject, many people who ascend will also begin having intense dreams during which they receive information about their purpose in life (or other things). These dreams should not be ignored; instead, they should be taken as a message from your subconscious. 3. You see and feel colors more intensely
