Know Where to Invest in Fashion
Saving money on clothes and styling doesn’t always mean buying cheap. In fact, fast fashion will often cost you more money overall. Instead, it’s important to know where to invest. A good pair of leather boots for example will stand the test of time, rather than buying new every winter they’ll last for years if they’re maintained properly. Often this just means applying a waterproofing product to them every now and again, and visiting a cobbler or shoe repair shop if they start looking worn. The same is true of things like coats, belts and other accessories. If you spend more to begin with on something high quality then you’ll save money overall, as you won’t be constantly replacing them. Then you can purchase more inexpensive items each season to refresh your closet, experiment with trends and generally enjoy fashion.
