Answers to such questions are enough to make you take a wise decision for your house that are beneficial for you in long run
6. Building Customized Things
You might like a fish aquarium through the whole wall or a hot tub which looks fascinating and joyful for you but it is not wise to spend money on this.
Firstly, it decreases the value of your house as this customization is not attractive for everyone and secondly it requires a lot of maintenance and ultimately cost you more money than you planned.
