When they hear someone has an impressive title to a leadership position, they consider that person to be a leader. Sometimes this is true, but the title is not of much value to the leadership itself. True leadership is not granted, appointed, or assigned. It comes only from influence, you can’t force it, and you must obtain it through hard work.

The leader succeeds in gaining everyone’s support and in giving meaning to their work.

Be visionary

To be a good leader, you need to know what you’re leading your team to?

It is essential to convey YOUR vision of things. Make them understand your vibe and drive. Help your employees or team members share the vision. That is the only way you can direct your team to a final and common goal.

Talk to your team about why you want to achieve your goal. What is in it for your team because you have to give your followers an incentive to make them help you achieve your goal?

Empathy

A good leader must not only control his team but must also maintain proximity with his members. The creation of a sense of belonging within the team creates a real collective unity. The sense of accountability

Blaming a failure on the employees is not the leader’s habit. On the contrary, a good leader is always ready to accept his share of responsibility.
