1. Be calm and rational

2. Question the management

The management should have no problem with this if they have nothing to hide, but should they deny you such privacy for any reason, then something could be seriously wrong, and you would want to take a different course of action.
4. Take notes from caregivers
Most caregivers will be willing to help as long as you’re respectful and reasonable. Ensure you write down anything which seems unusual and note the names and positions of the caregivers. Whatever you’ve gathered should be brought to the management’s attention, and if swift action isn’t being taken, the authorities can come in. If there’s a clear case of abuse or if you suspect that the resident is in imminent danger of harm, call the police immediately. You will be asked to file a complaint.
5. Consult a lawyer
