After you have finished brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth by using a fluoride-containing mouthwash. Use a mouthwash that contains antiseptic ingredients. These ingredients help to kill plaque-causing bacteria.

When you are using a mouthwash, you need to see whether the same is something, which will suit you or not.
