Some devices can emit higher frequencies of 10,000 Hz, but therapists only recommend them. Using the right frequency is very important because if not, it can play havoc with your body’s frequency as one cell responds to the other. The wrong frequency could also disturb your brain functions.

One thing to remember is that although you might start your treatment with a particular frequency, as your body starts healing and it becomes more robust, you might not need that level of frequency again. This can change throughout the treatment, so a therapist should monitor you during the process, adjusting the frequency to your needs.

It could also result in some trials and errors when you first try to pinpoint the wavelengths suitable to treat your condition. The best way to understand this is to respond to your body’s needs.

The PEMF uses healthy electromagnetic frequencies to increase overall health and wellness. Nerve cells have a negative charge of -60 mV. Maintaining this charge is vital to keep the cells in good health, done through vitamins, minerals, and hormones.

With PEMF devices, the frequencies range from 1 to 100 Hz, which is a very low intensity of microTesla. With 30 minutes of PEMF circulation, it is possible to have a wide variety of health benefits aimed at a particular body part or the whole body.

PEMF devices can range from yoga mats to similar other-looking devices like a waistband. A frequency generator activates the coils inside the device to create an electromagnetic field, and they are ordinarily used as body massagers.

However, it is best to consult a therapist before. According to the FDA, PEMF device manufacturers are not permitted to make any medical claims, so you should follow the doctors’ and therapists’ advice to understand these guidelines better.
