1. Canyoneering

This thrilling sport is a great way for you to combine a few outdoor activities as well as enjoying the water. You and your friends will get to swim down the river, hike across to the next section, and then swing or jump off the waterfall into the water.

One of the most popular locations for this sport is at Kawasan Falls in the Philippines. You will join a group and take a guided tour through the different terrains in the canyon. 2. Stand Up Paddleboarding

Paddleboarding is a great way to navigate the water at your own pace and one of the more leisurely outdoor activities. You can stand on the board and paddle across the springs or lake or even take it out into open water. They also come in different types of materials such as inflatable or nylon which make them easier to transport or more forgiving on the body if you lose your balance and fall. Surfing is a challenging activity and it requires some lessons before you head out and hit the waves. If you have never tried the activity before you might want to start with bodyboarding to learn the rhythm of the waves and become more familiar with the feeling of catching one.

Surfing requires a decent amount of strength and balance to be able to get from laying on the board to standing while riding the wave. This activity can be not only thrilling but quite a workout too.

4. Parasailing

Parasailing is one of the most popular outdoor activities around the world. Participants get attached to a parachute which is tied to a boat and then pulled through the air. You will get up to quite a decent height, so if you are afraid of heights, this might not be the activity for you.

Parasailing is a fun way for you to do some sightseeing when you are on vacation. While you are cruising along in the air you get to see where you are staying from a whole new perspective and have a great memory while doing so.

5. Riverboarding

If you’ve enjoyed going whitewater rafting then you’ll know how thrilling it can be to traverse through the rapids. If you are ready to take that experience to the next level then you should consider trying out riverboarding.

Instead of being on a boat with other people, riverboarding is a solo sport where you take the rapids on just a board. The board is similar to a bodyboard, just a little longer in length. Laying down on your stomach, you will head face-first down the rapids with just you, the board, and some safety equipment.

This water activity is perfect for those seeking the optimal rush.

6. Jetpacking

If you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like to fly through the air then you might love to give jetpacking a try. This activity has you strap a jetpack to your back and then, powered by water, you will launch into the air and fly about 45 feet into the sky.

The jetpack uses a high quantity of water to keep you in the air and you can use this to navigate around the area. The jetpack requires some skill to keep you in the air but once you have the controls down you will enjoy this unique thrill.

7. Diver Propulsion Vehicle

If you love to dive or snorkel but get tired quickly then using a Diver Propulsion Vehicle might help you still enjoy the activity while getting around easier. The Diver Propulsion Vehicle is a small motorized unit that you grasp with both hands and use the small motor to help propel you through the water.

This activity is a great way for you to tour underwater and see the most sea life you can in the time you have. It’s also a great way to smoothly travel underwater without disturbing the marine life very much.

8. Subwing

Are you familiar with wakeboarding? Wakeboarding is an activity where people stand on a board on the surface of the water and get towed behind a boat. Subwing is similar but this activity is done below the water’s surface.
